- Core Conditioning
You may be wondering if core conditioning is tantamount to the concept of achieving six-pack abs. Allow me to debunk your misconceptions. Core conditioning is a fitness programme that entails more than just working on your abdominal muscles.
This workout is also based on improving your athletic performance, injury prevention and overall physical health. Developing abs is just a bonus!
As a Competitive Figure Athlete and a Female Personal Trainer in Dubai, I am equipped with abundant experience and industry knowledge to deliver effectiveness to your workouts and strengthen your core muscles. My core workouts are built around your fitness-based ambitions and goals. By signing up to my fitness program, I would ensure you not only strengthen your core but also develop and maintain your ab muscles.
Physical strength starts in the core. Allow me to shed some light on the advantages of core conditioning fitness workouts.
Benefits of Core Conditioning
As a female personal trainer in Dubai, I have an exhaustive list of skills and expertise which will allows me to direct you towards accomplishing a healthy body.
There are numerous benefits to working on your core muscles; however, the top three advantages of core conditioning are:
Improves Posture
That is a significant relationship between posture and core muscles. If you have poor posture, this means that all your muscles, especially your core, are weak. Complete core training is a fundamental aspect of fitness and is too often overlooked.
Thus, by working on your core muscles, you can obtain immense improvements to your posture and gait, which will also enhance the way you carry yourself in your daily life.
Better Body Balance
Core conditioning gives you more steadiness or stability in the body. This implies that the muscles in your core will be trained to work together harmoniously with the aid of my custom-designed training program. Hence, it is important to work on the core muscles for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sports performance enhancement.
Improves Body Movements
Core muscles play a pivotal role in supporting the structure of your spine. Everyday movements encompassed in your lifestyle can easily put stress on your spine, causing trivial backaches and impacting your ability to perform daily physical activities. With my conditioning workout programs, you can develop a tough core that can help prevent or alleviate back pain in everyday situations.
Hence, in my training programs, I will provide you with effectively personalised and detail-oriented coaching sessions that will help you improve your posture, create stability in your physique, and enhance, synergise your body movements to prevent pain and injury. Moreover, your body will assume a better shape with a smaller tighter waist, if your core is strengthened.
What to Expect in Your Workout?
In brief, conditioning is an extension of strength training. However, certain key differences in workouts are directed towards improving your core musculature. Although my core conditioning exercises are customised to your current physical health and preferences, the muscle groups I will be targeting most are your lower back, pelvis, and abdomen.
So, rather than giving you a glimpse of the core conditioning workouts you can expect in this fitness program, I will highlight the four most common areas on the body that make up a conditioned core. They are as below:
Rectus Abdominis: This is the muscle group responsible for the “six-pack” or “eight-pack” abs appearance. If you are seeking to achieve a ripped appearance, then look no further. My core workouts consist of an astute combination of weight training, strength training and custom diet.
Transverse Abdominis: these are the deepest abdominal muscles that support the structure of your spine. To rebuild your transverse abdominal exercises that promote core strength, a skilled combination of strength training workouts like planks and their variations and core-braced workouts like rotational and anti – rotational exercises will be required.
Internal obliques: They are the outermost abdominal muscles that extend from the lower half of the ribs and down to the pelvis. Like the internal obliques, the external obliques are muscle areas that require more time and effort. Hence, you will need to apply more cardio and strength-based workouts to condition these muscles. My training programs contain workouts that isolate the obliques alone and allow you to focus more on them.
External obliques: External obliques refer to the muscles on the front and sides of your abdomen. Abdominal fats are usually stubborn and hard to shake off. At times, you will feel discouraged about continuing to work out and train your muscles. Therefore, when you work out with a female personal trainer like myself, you will be more empowered and encouraged to persistently work towards strengthening your core.
All these muscle groups will also require an adept combination of compound exercises to develop your abdominal strength. Conventional workouts like ab crunches alone will not suffice for your body goals since they don’t target every muscle that makes up your core. Hence, in my core conditioning fitness program, you can experience innovative and strategically designed workouts that will enable you to get a strong core.
